Hello, storyblogger77 coming to you with this week's tip. First of all, I would just like to say that I am sorry for posting this so late in the week. It is a Friday today, and that is kind of late in the week. Secondly, I am going on vacation tomorrow for a week, so I am sorry if I do not post that week. Now, time for the real point.
Weekly Tip #3
This tip is about when you just can't come up with an idea for a story. Use inspiration from nature, your family, art, other stories, even songs. For the nature part, look around you, and maybe, have your setting in a forest. Or, describe your front yard in your story. For the family part, you could use experiences that you had with your family. Art, use the colors of the art, textures, shapes, any part to inspire you. That really depends on what you are looking at, or how it inspires you. Now, songs are difficult. Use the ideas that the artist is trying to express in the song to use as the moral of your story, or even the plot. I hope these ideas helped.
Also, I am running a contest. Check out my article called "I need your help" for the details.
Have a good day,
storyblogger77
